Note from the Principals
The first half of the school year is coming to a close. I want to say thank you for partnering with us to give your child a great education. All of our teachers and staff worked very hard to make CES a safe and good place for students to learn. Your help at home made a big difference in how well your child did this semester! Please take time to celebrate the accomplishments your child achieved over these past months.
Watching our students learn new things and start to really love school brings us so much joy. Every child at Crete Elementary has special gifts and talents.
Now we look forward to the second semester, and we are excited for all the new chances your child will have to grow and learn more.
We wish you and your family a fun holiday season and a good, restful break.
Morning Drop-off
Please remember students should be dropped off after 7:30 a.m. Staff supervision starts at 7:30 a.m. to ensure your child's safety.
Report Cards
Your child’s second quarter report card will be mailed home on December 29th. If you have questions or concerns regarding your child’s academic or behavioral progress, please do not hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher or our school office.
CPS App and Rooms Information
Many of our teachers are using rooms to communicate information that is happening in the classroom. We encourage you to download the CPS app and sign up for Rooms. You can find helpful information on our CPS website.
