Note from the Principal

Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for September 29th and October 2nd for Crete Middle School. There is still time to schedule an appointment for Thursday if you have not already done so. Please contact the school office to schedule a time. We value the opportunity to partner with you and look forward to discussing your child’s progress.

Monday, September 29th: 6:00 - 8:30 PM

Thursday, October 2nd: 8:00 - 11:00 AM, 12:30 - 3:30 PM, 5:00 - 8:00 PM

Reminders

  • No school on October 2nd, 3rd, or 6th.

  • Due to professional development, there will be no school on October 13th.

  • For your child’s safety, please do not drop your child off for school before 7:30 AM. Staff supervision begins at 7:30 AM.

  • As the weather begins to change, make sure your child is prepared for colder weather. We will go outside for lunch recess.

  • If you would like to nominate a CMS staff member who goes above and beyond, use this link, and they could be recognized by the district office.

Girls Basketball & Boys Wrestling

  • Pre-season meetings for both sports will be held on October 16th

  • Practices begin on October 20th

  • All athletes must register online

SKIP Flu Clinic:

Public Health Solutions is offering the SKIP Flu Immunization Clinic for students and families of Crete Middle School on Friday, October 17th. The clinic will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 at Crete Middle School. Forms can be picked up at parent-teacher conferences or in the office. Completed forms can be returned to the Crete Middle School office or brought to the clinic. If you have any questions, please call Nurse Jessie.
